Refund Policy

ANYTHING YOU BUY FROM APPLEZONE  CAN BE REPLACED OR EXCHANGED WITHIN 7 DAYS SUBJECT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS, IF:

  • The size or any other detail does not match the given descriptions.
  • The Electronic(s) are unused.
  • All Labels and Tags are intact.
Terms and Conditions:
  • Claims are to be settled within one week time period.
  • Product will be sent to Head Office for approval and decision.
  • Any decree regarding complaints given by the Customer Care Department is final and is not subject to any further modifications.
  • Normally, customer will bear the cost of sending item(s) back to us.
  • In some cases, customer don't have to send product(s) back to us, we'll deliver new one's to the customer.
  • For exchange of a product the Customer will call our Helpline or contact us on Messenger, Whatsapp or Instagram DM. In response, the customer will be guided through the process and further actions.
  • It is essential that care instructions mentioned on the products and brochures/flyers are followed exactly. If the product hasn’t been used according to the given directions then Legends Line is not liable for the adjustment of that complaint.
  • Products having discounted price can be replaced.
